Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your ThreadChain purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To return an item, please:

• Complete the Returns Form provided with your order
• Include the form inside your return package with the unworn garment and labels still attached
• Send the parcel using the pre-printed return label

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered postal service to ensure safe delivery. If a garment is lost in the post and not received, a refund cannot be granted.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note: We do not accept returns on fabrics cut to order.

If you are unsure, we recommend ordering a sample before purchasing cut lengths.

Your statutory rights are not affected. If the fabric is faulty, it can be returned.
